Maccabi Haifa Midfielder Itay Ehud Set for Loan to Israeli Premier League Club

Maccabi Haifa's young midfielder Itay Ehud is expected to go out on loan again for the upcoming season due to the team's crowded midfield. This time, Ehud will be loaned to a club within the Israeli Premier League, with three teams reportedly competing for his services. The interested clubs include Hapoel Ramat Gan, newly promoted and coached by Massai Dago, who has a history of developing youth players; Ironi Kiryat Shmona, where another Haifa loanee, Niv Gabay, is currently playing; and Hapoel Petah Tikva, known as a good environment for young players. Maccabi Haifa will insist on including a clause in Ehud's contract guaranteeing him playing time. Ehud, who will turn 20 in two months, was one of the standout players for Hapoel Kfar Saba last season, scoring four goals across all competitions and receiving 15 yellow cards in his debut senior season.
