Singer Noam Kleinstein Faints at Home, Suffers Head Injury Requiring Stitches

Israeli singer Noam Kleinstein experienced a sudden fainting episode at her home after severe back pain led her to order a Voltaren injection for relief. Following a workout, Kleinstein's back became severely strained, and she was unable to move the next morning, prompting her to request the injection at home. Just before receiving the treatment and while preparing to shower, she suddenly felt unwell and lost consciousness, falling and hitting her head.

Kleinstein recounted that she became trapped in the door frame of the safe room (mamad) during the fall. Her mother heard her shouting and fainting, and the medical staff member who had come to administer the injection also arrived at the scene. Despite bleeding and injury, Kleinstein managed to open the door from the floor to let the medical worker in, telling him not to panic.

She was subsequently taken to the hospital where she underwent an ECG, blood tests, and other examinations. Medical staff stitched the cut on her head. Kleinstein shared the incident with her followers on social media, concluding with humor that she looks forward to seeing them at her upcoming show at Shuni, promising it will be interesting.
