Israeli Singer Noam Kleinstein Reveals Head Injury After Fainting at Home

Noam Kleinstein, the 25-year-old Israeli singer and daughter of musicians Rami Kleinstein and Rita, shared a worrying Instagram story showing her bruised face and stitches on her head. She reassured fans she was okay and promised to explain what happened, but Israeli entertainment site Mako Salves revealed the details. Kleinstein fainted at home a few days before a major upcoming performance at Shuni, resulting in facial injuries that required medical stitches. She was accompanied to the emergency room not by her boyfriend, 29-year-old Tohar Rubinstein, whom she publicly introduced about six months ago, but by her mother, Rita Lilach Markovitz. Rita herself recently posted a photo with her partner from London. Kleinstein’s fainting incident appears to have been accidental, and she is expected to recover in time for her scheduled show. She also recently ended a brief previous relationship before starting her current one with Rubinstein.
