Beitar Jerusalem Ordered to Pay Ashdod 450,000 Shekels for Noam Mouta Transfer
The Player Status Committee has finalized the compensation amount that Beitar Jerusalem must pay M.S. Ashdod for the transfer of player Noam Mouta. After Ashdod initially demanded at least 1.1 million shekels, the committee ruled on July 26, 2026, that Beitar Jerusalem is required to pay 450,000 shekels to Ashdod. The committee's adjudicator stated, "After considering all factors, I determine that the transferring club (Ashdod) is entitled to compensation for training and developing the player in the amount of 450,000 new shekels."
Noam Mouta officially signed a three-year contract with Beitar Jerusalem during the previous season. In his last season with Ashdod, he made 26 appearances, scored one goal, and assisted another. This decision concludes the dispute over the transfer fee between the two clubs.
