Sharon Reloy, a 48-year-old strategic consultant and change management advisor from Tel Aviv, has been blending tantric practices with her professional work to support senior women executives. After a 25-year career in organizational consulting and leadership, including serving as CEO of the Giraffe restaurant group, Reloy turned to tantra during a personal crossroads amid her divorce six years ago. She initially attended a women’s tantra workshop in Caesarea, which shifted her perspective on the integration of body, mind, and emotion.
