Christian Martinez Set to Leave Ironi Kiryat Shmona for Slovenian Club
Christian Martinez is nearing the end of his tenure with Ironi Kiryat Shmona after being in demand throughout the summer. The Panamanian player is set to move to Slovenia to sign with Slovan Bratislava. According to Slovan Bratislava CEO Ivan Kamotrik, the transfer deal is close to completion, and Martinez will soon travel to join the team and finalize his contract, marking a new chapter in his career.
Upon joining Slovan Bratislava, Martinez is expected to reunite with his compatriot Cesar Blackman. The club is coached by former Manchester City star Yaya Toure. Martinez recently represented Panama in the World Cup, where the team was eliminated in the group stage.
