Noa Cochva, former Miss Israel and model, announced her engagement to her partner, Sean Tepelski, a 27-year-old Jewish-American investment professional based in New York. The couple, whose relationship was first revealed in January last year, became engaged at the luxury Zannier Île de Bendor hotel on a private island near the coastal town of Bandol in the French Riviera. Cochva shared the news on her Instagram account, expressing that she was "happiest ever" and posted photos from the romantic proposal, which moved her to tears.

Cochva, who previously represented Israel in the Miss Universe pageant reaching the semifinals, has also been publicly linked to Hollywood actor Glen Powell in the past. Beyond her modeling career, she served as a combat medic in the Israel Defense Forces and has used her social media platform to advocate and inform during the ongoing conflict, despite facing some negative incidents. The engagement marks a significant personal milestone for Cochva and Tepelski, who plan to marry following their recent commitment.
