Former Miss Israel Noa Cochva Gets Engaged to Partner Sean Tepliczky in French Riviera
Noa Cochva, crowned Miss Israel in 2021, announced her engagement to her partner of two years, Sean Dobins-Tepliczky, on Tuesday. The couple, aged 27 and 28 respectively, got engaged at the luxury Zannier Île de Bendor hotel on the French Riviera. Tepliczky is an American Jew working in investment firms in New York. Cochva shared photos of the proposal on Instagram, expressing her happiness and calling Tepliczky her soulmate.
Cochva was the last Miss Israel before the competition was discontinued. She represented Israel in the Miss Universe pageant held in Eilat that year but did not advance to the finals. Beyond her modeling career, she served as a combat medic in the reserves during the Iron Swords conflicts and has been active in promoting Israel internationally.
