“Checkout” Movie Trailer Released Ahead of Theatrical Debut

Just before it reaches the big screen, United King revealed this morning, Thursday, the trailer for “Checkout, The Movie.” The film, directed by Kobi Habia, will arrive in cinemas on June 17. According to the plot summary, Kochava, Nissim, Anatoly, Shira, Ramzi and Amnon set out on the adventure of their lives, when an unexpected event shakes up “Shafa Yishsachar” and takes the country’s funniest group far away from the checkout counter.

The film stars cast members Keren Mor, Noa Koller, Amir Shorosh, Dov Navon, Yaniv Swissa, Daniel Stiopin, Yigal Adika, Yaakov Bodo, Dorit Lev Ari, Rudi Saada, Mia Landsman and Aviva Nagossa Trei. Also appearing are Tzvika Hadar, Dani Shteg, Omer Etzion, Moshe Ashkenazi and Rami Kashi.

“Checkout” first aired on the Educational Television network in February 2018 and later moved to Kan 11. The series has won nine awards from the Israeli Television Academy so far, including three in the comedy drama or sitcom category. Last week, the series was announced as the winner of the Moti Kirshenbaum “Milk Jug” Award for 2026 at the Shovar Masach media festival.
