Comedian Nicky Goldstein Teams Up with Children’s Star for New Hanukkah Comedy Show

Israeli actor and comedian Nicky Goldstein is set to return to the spotlight with a new Hanukkah comedy production titled "A Small and Funny Donut Shop." The show will feature a surprising collaboration with the children’s star behind the character "Nofiki," who recently became the subject of Goldstein’s viral parody videos. These videos gained widespread attention, including from the children’s star herself, leading to their upcoming joint stage performance. The production will be directed by Shlomi Edri and produced by Elad Yosef, Magen Sabag, and Assi Stav from the company "Box Office Hits."

Goldstein, known for his previous work in children’s theater and videos, has recently focused on adult audiences through his stand-up comedy and the reality documentary series "The Goldsteins," which features his entire family. In his personal life, Goldstein publicly came out in December 2021, revealing his relationship with Eyal Shalom. The two had been close friends since age 13, married women, and had children before coming out and entering a relationship together. They separated in 2024.

This new theatrical collaboration marks a notable return for Goldstein to family-friendly entertainment, blending his comedic style with a beloved children’s character in a festive setting.
