Noa Kirel and Eden Ben Zaken to Star in This Year’s Festigal Hanukkah Show
Six months ahead of the event, it has been confirmed that Israeli pop star Noa Kirel will return to headline the Festigal Hanukkah show after a one-year absence. Additionally, Eden Ben Zaken will join as a guest star, following the example of Sarit Hadad’s guest appearance last year. Ben Zaken’s return marks seven years since her last participation in the Festigal. Both singers recently collaborated on a new song and are set to appear together in the upcoming season of The Voice Israel.
The Festigal production will continue with last year’s format, holding performances exclusively in Tel Aviv rather than touring across the country as in previous years. The organizers expressed satisfaction with last year’s approach, noting that travel subsidies allowed audiences from southern and northern Israel to attend the traditional Hanukkah event despite the centralized location.
This announcement highlights the event’s ongoing popularity and strategic adjustments to its format, aiming to maintain accessibility while featuring top Israeli musical talents.
