Moshe Semel Joins Hapoel Ramat Gan on Loan Ahead of Premier League Return
Hapoel Ramat Gan, newly promoted to the Israeli Premier League after 13 years, has officially signed 23-year-old midfielder Moshe Semel on loan from Hungarian club Puskas Akademia. Semel, who was acquired by Puskas Akademia last summer from Hapoel Rishon LeZion for 300,000 euros, holds a contract with the Hungarian team until 2029. He made 13 appearances last season, providing one assist.
Semel joined Hapoel Ramat Gan’s training camp in Graz, Austria, immediately after signing through his agents Adam Kidan and Gilad Katzav. Upon signing, he expressed enthusiasm about joining the club, praising its ambitious new direction and the passionate fan base, saying, "I come to Hapoel Ramat Gan with great hunger and a strong desire to succeed with the team. I have heard a lot about the club’s special supporters and I look forward to celebrating with them."
Hapoel Ramat Gan continues to strengthen its squad ahead of its return to the top division, aiming to compete strongly in the upcoming season.
