Kadin Carrington Signs Three-Year Deal with Hapoel Tel Aviv Basketball

Hapoel Tel Aviv has secured a significant addition to their roster by signing Kadin Carrington to a three-year contract, announced on Monday. Carrington, 30, who stands 1.93 meters tall, expressed excitement about joining the club, praising its recent growth and looking forward to contributing to its future successes. He joins Hapoel after four seasons with Jerusalem, where he won two Israeli State Cups, two Winner Cups, and one Israeli Super Cup.

Carrington is an experienced guard who represents the Israeli national team and participated in the recent EuroBasket and World Cup qualifiers. His professional career includes stints with Mornar Bar, Limburg, Ludwigsburg, Monaco, Betis, and Dijon before moving to Israel. Over his four years in the Winner League, he averaged 13.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per regular season game. In the last EuroCup season, he posted averages of 14.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 2.1 assists.

Hapoel Tel Aviv's sporting director, George Chinas, highlighted Carrington's versatility and importance in strengthening the team's Israeli core, emphasizing his potential impact in both domestic competitions and the EuroLeague. Head coach Dimitris Itoudis welcomed Carrington, noting his extensive experience in the Israeli league and eagerness to test himself in the EuroLeague, expressing confidence in his contribution to the team.
