Adith Finance Provides $9.5 Million Financing for New Ground-Level Housing Project in Ra'anana
Adith Finance will provide financial backing for a new residential project in Ra'anana, led by developer Israel Shinfeld. The project involves constructing four ground-level housing units (cottages) at 51 Revutzky Street, with an estimated total value of approximately 34 million shekels (about $9.5 million). This initiative is part of Shinfeld's ongoing work in residential development, including urban renewal, preservation, and reinforcement projects, primarily in central Israel.
Israel Shinfeld emphasized the project's quality and desirable location, highlighting the importance of collaboration with a professional financial partner to ensure orderly and secure progress with a long-term focus on execution quality and goal achievement. Adith Finance CEO Ruth Levi noted that such projects represent a natural evolution in the demand for ground-level housing in sought-after areas, with financial support enabling developers to manage projects flexibly and maintain financial stability amid changing market conditions.
Founded in 2023 by a group of Israeli and American investors from legal, real estate, and economic sectors, Adith Finance specializes in financial guidance and funding solutions for residential and urban renewal projects across Israel. The company was represented by attorney Ran Aziel from Arnon Tadmor Halevi law firm, while Israel Shinfeld was represented by attorney Gil Turgeman.
