Two Brothers Indicted for Brutal Stabbing After Road Dispute in Jezreel Valley Village
The Northern District Prosecutor's Office has filed an indictment against two brothers from Tur'an, aged 25 and 26, for their involvement in a severe stabbing incident in the village of Manshiyat Zibda in the Jezreel Valley. The case dates back to June 2025, when police received reports of two seriously injured stabbing victims who were evacuated for medical treatment.
The investigation revealed that the conflict began over a minor dispute involving a blocked road. According to the indictment, the suspects honked and shouted at the victims for obstructing their path. After exchanging words, the brothers left the scene, but the confrontation was not over.
The suspects then executed a premeditated ambush within the village. Believing the brothers had left, the victims continued on their way, only to be met at another location by the suspects armed with knives. A violent fight ensued, resulting in the victims being stabbed and seriously wounded.
The suspects were apprehended shortly after fleeing towards their home. On July 8, 2026, following the conclusion of the investigation, the indictment was submitted by Asaf Elad from the Northern District Prosecutor's Office. A request was also filed with the Nazareth-Nof HaGalil District Court to detain the brothers until the end of legal proceedings against them.
