Hassan Hilo Nears Deal with Serbian Club Radnički 1923
Hassan Hilo, a 26-year-old Israeli central defender, is close to signing with Radnički 1923, a top-tier Serbian football club. Hilo, who grew up playing for Bnei Sakhnin, has also been loaned to Bnei Reineh and played for Japanese club Iwate, where he made nine appearances before returning to Israel on loan to Sakhnin. With one year remaining on his contract, Hilo is set to join Radnički 1923, which finished fourth in the Serbian league's lower playoff group last season. The club currently features player Astrit Sokler, who is linked with a possible move to Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Israeli Premier League.
