Uber Driver Arrested After Assaulting Hasidic Teen

A Haredi boy was injured yesterday afternoon, Wednesday, after being violently assaulted by an Uber driver in New Square, New York. The attacker struck the boy forcefully in the face.

A medical team from the New Square Hatzalah organization arrived at the scene and evacuated the injured boy to a local hospital for treatment. Ramapo police, with assistance from volunteers from New Square Ershte Help, responded to the incident and arrested the suspect after he tried to flee and was stopped by residents.
