Eyty Levy Withdraws From 2026 Hanukkah Festigal Despite Advanced Negotiations

Despite advanced talks reported earlier, Israeli singer Eyty Levy has decided not to participate in the 2026 Hanukkah Festigal production. The main reason for his withdrawal is an unusually heavy schedule and prior commitments that conflicted with the Festigal timeline. Levy was expected to be a headline performer, but the scheduling conflicts proved insurmountable.

Recently, Levy performed two shows at the Amphi MAX in Rishon Lezion and a 360-degree show at Menora Mivtachim Arena, with another concert planned at the Caesarea Amphitheater in late August. His new album "13" is also gaining significant success during this period.

The 2026 Festigal lineup will still feature prominent Israeli artists including Eden Ben Zaken, Noa Kirel, Israel Atias, Noa Estangelov, Amir Banai, Omer Nudelman, Shahar Taboch, Ran Danker, Shira Zaluf, Idan Telem, Hili Toldano, and Eliana Tidhar. The Festigal remains a major cultural event for the Hanukkah season in Israel.
