Grenade Thrown Into Lobby of Netanya Apartment Building Causes Major Damage

In the early hours of July 10, around 4 a.m., a masked individual threw a grenade into the lobby of an apartment building on Shalom Aleichem Street in the Agamim neighborhood of Netanya. The grenade exploded near the elevator area, causing significant property damage. Residents reported that the entire building shook and the lobby was completely destroyed. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

One resident expressed fear and frustration, emphasizing the danger posed to innocent people and criticizing the local authorities for inadequate security. They called on the mayor and police chief to increase the presence of security personnel and law enforcement in the city to prevent future tragedies. This is not the first time such an attack has occurred at this building; a similar grenade attack happened several months ago, also causing property damage. In both cases, no suspects have been apprehended.
