A large tree suddenly fell on a group of people at the "Mevoar HaTalmid" Hasidic summer camp in South Fallsburg, located in the Catskill Mountains of New York, on Wednesday evening. The incident caused immediate alarm, prompting a swift response from emergency and rescue teams due to fears of serious injuries or entrapment.
Rescue organization Hatzalah Catskills dispatched five ambulances and around twenty paramedics and medics to the scene, alongside local fire and rescue units. Despite the dramatic appearance of the fallen tree, only five individuals sustained minor injuries.
