Now 52, she will host Million Dollar Men Live, a male strip show originating in the UK and soon coming to the US.

Despite the apparent comeback to adult entertainment, Jameson stresses she is not returning to pornography or reopening an OnlyFans account. She told the Daily Mail that hosting this live show feels completely different from her past career, emphasizing it as a celebration of live entertainment, confidence, and fun with the audience. She described the show as a full theatrical experience with choreography, energy, humor, and audience interaction, not just men undressing.

Jameson’s return to the stage follows a turbulent period including her 2008 retirement from porn, health struggles, addiction recovery, an Orthodox conversion during her relationship with Israeli businessman Lior Biton, and a subsequent return to Christianity. She and Biton have a daughter, Batel, and later separated.

Her current partner, author and voice actress Milagros "Milly" Ocampo, supports Jameson’s new project and shares her Christian faith. Ocampo, a former US Army paratrooper from Nicaragua, has helped Jameson on her spiritual journey. Previously, Jameson was briefly married to influencer Jessie Lules.

Last month, Jameson also introduced her AI twin, a virtual persona designed to interact with fans digitally, though she maintains strict boundaries for this digital version. Now, she is stepping back into physical live performance, aiming to balance sexy entertainment with her new life values. For Jameson, this is not a return to porn but proof that one can close one door and still light up the stage.
