Nvidia Israel Tops 2026 Best Companies to Work For List, IAI Surges to Second Place
The 22nd annual CofaceBDi ranking of the best companies to work for in Israel in 2026 highlights the dominance of the high-tech sector, which accounts for 30 companies on the list. Nvidia Israel secured the top spot for the third consecutive year. The Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) made a significant leap, climbing six places to second, surpassing tech giants Google and Microsoft, which placed third and fourth respectively.
Other notable companies in the top ten include Applied Materials Israel at fifth, Direct Insurance at sixth, Elbit Systems seventh, SAP eighth, Check Point ninth, and the Israel Electric Corporation rounding out the top ten. The ranking is based on surveys from hundreds of companies and hundreds of thousands of employees, measuring satisfaction across 12 factors, with labor relations, direct management, job stability, and professional challenge ranking highest.
Despite 73.4% of respondents expressing satisfaction with management, the survey reveals a serious burnout crisis affecting 43% of workers and a complex gap in AI technology adoption. In the high-tech sector, 74.1% of employees use AI tools daily, yet only 45.6% have received formal AI training, indicating a significant training shortfall compared to other sectors. CofaceBDi CEO Roy Minkov emphasized that beyond benefits, employees seek trust and strong workplace relationships, especially amid technological and work model changes.
The ranking reflects companies’ ongoing commitment to listening to employees and fostering a workplace culture that encourages loyalty and satisfaction over time. Minkov stated, "A leading workplace is one that makes employees say 'yes' again tomorrow."
