Great Place To Work Israel has published its 2026 ranking of the country’s best workplaces, with cyber company Silverfort, pharma giant AbbVie and data backup company Rubrik taking the top spots in the three size-based categories. The list was published first by N12 on June 18, 2026, at 10:00.
The ranking divides companies by headcount so large employers are compared fairly with smaller ones. In the category of more than 200 employees, Silverfort took first place, followed by Intuit Israel, Mor Investments, ZIM and Cadence. Among mid-sized companies with 100 to 199 employees, AbbVie ranked first ahead of Sanofi, Candex, the Gadish Group and Verint. In the small-company category, for firms with up to 99 employees, Rubrik led the list, followed by Sungrow, Kiroskay, Haleon and LinearB.
Great Place To Work said the rankings are based on an anonymous 60-question survey sent directly to employees, examining everyday workplace experience, including whether management keeps promises, whether treatment is equal and whether workers have opportunities for promotion. Hundreds of Israeli companies took part this year, but only those that met the required threshold were certified.
GPTW Israel CEO Yonatan Pietra said, “Being an excellent workplace does not mean being immune to crises. It means dealing with them in a way that makes employees feel seen, included and respected.” He said this year’s process took place against the backdrop of the war, reserve duty call-ups and waves of layoffs in the economy. The organization also said some companies chose not to enter the ranking process at all, while others were unwilling to let employees answer openly about personal issues related to their work environment.
