Great Place To Work Israel has published its 2026 ranking of the country’s best workplaces, revealed for the first time by N12. The top companies in the three size categories are Silverfort, AbbVie and Rubrik, based on anonymous employee questionnaires that assess equality, promotion opportunities and day-to-day workplace experience.
Among large companies with more than 200 employees, Silverfort took first place, followed by Intuit Israel, Mor Investments, Zim and Cadence. In the mid-sized category, which covers 100 to 199 employees, AbbVie finished first, ahead of Sanofi, Candex, Gaddish Group and Verint. In the small-company category, for firms with up to 99 workers, Rubrik led the list, followed by Sungrow, Kiroskay, Haleon and LinearB.
The organization said the ranking is based on a 60-question anonymous survey sent directly to employees in more than 100 countries. The questionnaire examines whether management keeps its promises, whether workers are treated fairly, and whether they are given opportunities to advance. Hundreds of Israeli companies went through the process this year, but only those that met the required threshold were certified.
Great Place To Work Israel CEO Yonatan Pietra said, “Being a great place to work does not mean being immune to crises. It means dealing with them in a way that allows employees to feel seen, included and respected.” He noted that this year’s ranking was conducted against the backdrop of the war, reserve-duty call-ups and layoffs across the economy. The organization also said some companies chose not to enter the ranking process, and some were unwilling to let employees answer openly about personal workplace issues.
