Nvidia Israel Tops Best Employers List Again, IAI Jumps to Second in 2026 Ranking
Nvidia Israel has retained its position as the top employer in Israel for the third consecutive year, according to the 2026 ranking by CofaceBDi published on July 8, 2026. The Aerospace Industries (IAI) made a significant leap, climbing six places to secure second place. Google, Microsoft, and Applied Materials Israel followed in third, fourth, and fifth places respectively. The ranking, now in its 22nd year, evaluates companies based on employees’ willingness to choose them again, emphasizing trust, organizational culture, and a sense of belonging as key factors.
Roi Minkov, CEO of CofaceBDi, highlighted that strong workplace relationships remain the most important criterion for Israeli workers, followed by direct management quality and job stability. He noted that employees seek reliable relationships rather than just benefits. The study also showed improvements among traditional companies, with Harel Insurance rising from 58th to 27th place, El Al climbing ten spots to 26th, and Clal Insurance reaching 14th place. Conversely, Palo Alto and CyberArk dropped to 25th place combined after a merger, down from ninth in 2025.
The report revealed that 43% of Israeli workers experience burnout, strongly linked to a lack of managerial support. Among employees who feel unheard, 72.2% report burnout, compared to 33.2% who receive support. Underutilization of personal skills also contributes significantly to exhaustion, with a 55.1% burnout rate among those who feel their abilities are not fully used.
In the high-tech sector, 74.1% of employees use artificial intelligence tools daily, but less than 46% have received formal training. Minkov warned that insufficient training could turn technological advances into sources of anxiety rather than opportunity. He stressed that organizational readiness for AI depends on enabling employees to learn and stay relevant amid change, not just on tool adoption.
