Attorney Eti Ben Dor Appointed Tel Aviv District Prosecutor
The Civil Service Commission’s tender committee unanimously selected Attorney Eti Ben Dor, 53, to serve as District Attorney for Tel Aviv in the Taxation and Economics Division. Ben Dor currently serves as deputy district attorney and will replace Attorney Yehonatan Tadmor, who was recently appointed deputy state attorney for economic enforcement.
Ben Dor holds a master’s degree from Harvard and a bachelor’s degree in law and economics from Tel Aviv University. She began her career as an intern in the Taxation and Economics Prosecution Service, and for the past five years has served as deputy district attorney. At the same time, she is responsible for enforcement in the area of foreign bribery. Among the notable cases she handled are the Holyland case, the Shikun & Binui case, and the case against David Bitan.
