Two Men Charged for Running Brothel Network Exploiting Vulnerable Women in Northern Israel

The State Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against Rotem Garon, 38, from Kiryat Motzkin, and Sharon Marciano, 43, from Haifa, for operating a brothel network in the Krayot area for approximately three years. According to the indictment, the two managed several apartments used as brothels, advertised prostitution services online, and arranged meetings with clients charging hundreds to thousands of shekels. However, many of the women involved received as little as 100 shekels for their services.

The accused recruited women in distress and forced them into prostitution through pressure, fines, and threats. The indictment also includes allegations of tax offenses and money laundering related to their activities. This case highlights the exploitation of vulnerable women in the region and the criminal methods used to maintain the operation.

The legal process will continue as authorities pursue further investigation and prosecution of the accused individuals for their roles in this illicit network.
