Ariel Youth Movement Hosts National Bible Quiz for Children in Jerusalem
On Monday afternoon in Jerusalem, the Ariel Youth Movement held its annual national Bible quiz for children under the theme "Believing in Good." The event, led by host Ido Tauber, included special questions for both the live audience and remote viewers, who could participate via Channel 7. The quiz focused on choosing positivity and adding goodness, combining biblical chapters with contemporary topics and a call to "believe in good, see good, and do good," inspired by biblical heroes.
The boys' quiz took place first, followed immediately by the girls' quiz, attended by rabbis, public figures, and Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem Aryeh King. Elhanan Wolf, Secretary General of Ariel, described the quiz as a highlight event and an opportunity for all Israeli children to engage deeply with the biblical texts. He emphasized that the figures and divine commands in the Bible represent a meeting with divine goodness present in reality, strengthening the belief that each person carries a unique light to change and improve the world.
