The Israeli Ministry of Health announced an expanded voluntary recall of the Hadar brand vanilla-flavored petit beurre biscuits, weighing 500 grams, produced by Epipetit Nazareth Biscuit Industries (Production 1971) Ltd. The recall follows consumer complaints about an unusual odor detected in an additional batch of the product. The affected batches have expiration dates of November 25, 2026, and March 7, 2027. Upon investigation, the company found that the odor was caused by oxidation of one of the product's ingredients. Consequently, the manufacturer decided to extend the recall to include this additional batch. The product is manufactured by Anmol Industries Ltd. in India and carries the barcode 7290018790717.
