Manchester City Poised to Sign England's Rising Football Star from Arsenal

Jeremy Monga, who made his Premier League debut for Leicester City on April 7, 2025, at just 15 years old, is attracting intense interest from England's top football clubs. Monga became the third youngest player ever in the Premier League, following Max Dowman and Ethan Anwari of Arsenal. Despite Arsenal being considered the frontrunners to sign the young winger, David Ornstein reports that Manchester City is also making significant efforts to secure his transfer.

The new Manchester City coach, Enzo Maresca, who previously managed Leicester City and knows Monga well, personally supports the move. Monga is regarded as one of England's greatest young talents.
