Two Men Indicted for Throwing Stun Grenades Near Residential Apartments in Ashdod
The Israeli prosecution has filed indictments against Daniel Davidov, 48, and Hanania Chen Mirilashvili, 27, both from Holon, for throwing stun grenades near residential apartments in Ashdod. According to the indictment, the two men approached buildings in Ashdod on two separate occasions. Mirilashvili waited on a scooter while Davidov climbed to the upper floors and threw stun grenades close to apartment doors where residents were present. The grenades exploded near the apartments, causing danger to the residents. The prosecution has requested that the suspects be held in custody until the end of the legal proceedings and has also sought the confiscation of the scooter used in the incidents. The defendants face charges including illegal possession of weapons and attempted property destruction using explosives.
