Man Attempts to Kidnap 11-Year-Old Girl in Petah Tikva, Arrested Twice

A serious incident unfolded in Petah Tikva on Wednesday afternoon when a man attempted to abduct an 11-year-old girl in broad daylight on a city street. The girl, named Michelle, was reportedly on her way to a sports practice while speaking on the phone with her father when a stranger suddenly grabbed her. The attempted kidnapping was thwarted thanks to the quick response of bystanders who heard her screams and intervened, causing the suspect to flee.

Following his arrest, the man was sent for a medical evaluation.
