Court Sentences Woman to 8.5 Years for Sexual Abuse of Stepson Since Age 11
The Nazareth District Court sentenced a woman to eight and a half years in prison for committing severe and ongoing sexual offenses against her stepson since he was 11 and a half years old. The court also found her guilty of violence and obstruction of justice. As part of a plea deal, she admitted to committing multiple sexual offenses against her stepson over a period exceeding four years. Additionally, she was ordered to pay the victim 75,000 shekels in compensation. The woman is currently in an advanced stage of pregnancy, leading the court to postpone the execution of her sentence until September 2026 to allow her to give birth outside prison.
