Special Prayer Event at Holy Ohr HaChaim Tomb Marks 80th Anniversary of Divine Salvation

A rare and moving prayer gathering will take place at the tomb of the Ohr HaChaim HaKadosh on the Mount of Olives, opposite the Temple Mount, to mark his yahrzeit (anniversary of passing). The event will be led by Rabbi Naftali Nosovim, a prominent Torah authority. This year marks 80 years since a pivotal moment during the Nazi threat at Israel's gates, when no tanks or defense systems existed. At that time, the Jewish people relied solely on the prayers of righteous leaders. Great rabbis, including the Rebbe of Zvhil and Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn, gathered at the Ohr HaChaim's grave to pray fervently. That year, an extraordinary miracle occurred: the decree was annulled and the name of God appeared in golden letters on the tomb, a visible sign that has not faded to this day.

The current period is described as difficult, with widespread fear, illness, financial hardship, matchmaking challenges, and family peace issues. The prayer event offers an opportunity for individuals to submit names for blessings and salvation beyond the natural course, including livelihood, family harmony, suitable marriages, and healing.
