Israeli Police Arrest Four Suspects in Violent Attack Near Gush Etzion Outpost

Israeli police have arrested four suspects from the Palestinian village of Rasheedah in connection with a violent attack on a shepherd and two teenagers near the Makneh Avraham outpost in eastern Gush Etzion. The incident occurred on Sunday in grazing areas close to the outpost, where a group of assailants attacked the shepherd. When local residents came to assist, two teenagers were also injured. All three victims were hospitalized at Shaare Zedek Medical Center with injuries.

Following the attack, Israeli military and police forces were dispatched to the scene to investigate, collect evidence, and conduct searches for the suspects who fled. Intelligence efforts, including information from the "Arrow of Judah" unit, helped locate the suspects. During the operation, two women were detained for questioning after allegedly attempting to evade authorities and refusing to cooperate.

The four suspects were taken into custody overnight and are currently held by police, who plan to request an extension of their detention. The investigation is ongoing, and further arrests are anticipated as authorities continue their efforts to clarify the circumstances of the attack.
