Israel's real estate market is experiencing a slowdown, with a limited number of housing deals being finalized. According to data from the Rimax agency, cited by Ynet on October 4, several transactions did occur in late September.

In Be'er Sheva, a 50-square-meter, two-room apartment on Yitzhak Reger Street sold for 690,000 shekels. A 105-square-meter, four-room apartment on Sha'ar HaGay Street fetched 940,000 shekels, and a 180-square-meter, five-room cottage on Almog Street, situated on a 370-square-meter plot, was sold for 2.52 million shekels.

Kiriyat Gat saw a 70-square-meter, three-room apartment with a 12-square-meter balcony, elevator, Mamad (safe room), and parking on Nahal Ne'eman Street sold for 1.5 million shekels.
