Qalibaf Responds to Trump: “Any Aggression Will Be Met With a Response”

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf addressed the escalation with the United States, against the backdrop of President Donald Trump’s threats to resume strikes in Iran. “Any aggression will be met with a direct and firm response,” Qalibaf wrote, after Trump said that “it is taking the Iranians far too long to negotiate and reach a ‘great’ deal for them,” in his words. Trump also told Fox News that he was “close to ordering additional strikes against power stations and bridges in Iran.”
