Torah Scroll Dedicated in Tel Aviv's Ramat HaHayal Neighborhood in Memory of Fallen Soldier

Residents of Tel Aviv’s Ramat HaHayal neighborhood took part in an emotional ceremony marking the הכנסת ספר תורה, the dedication of a new Torah scroll, in memory of Staff Sgt.
