Bnei Raina, recently relegated to the National League, is set to part ways with its coach, Lior Reuven. Reuven, who was appointed in February and recently had his contract renewed in May, was informed by the club not to attend Friday's training session and is on his way out. He led the team to four wins and four losses in the first eight matches of the season.
Reuven took over from Adham Haddia earlier this year. Eldad Shavit, the professional manager for Ironi Kiryat Shmona, is reportedly a candidate to replace Reuven at Bnei Raina. Shavit previously served as an assistant coach to Sharon Mimer at a National League club.
