Viral Safety Video Offers Humorous Take on Dubai Flight Hijacking Attempt

Following a recent unusual incident on a flight from Dubai, a network creator named Oded Tartman has produced a humorous safety video that offers passengers advice in the event of a co-pilot attempting to hijack the plane. The video, which has gone viral, instructs passengers to "find the nearest Israeli" and ask them to take control of the situation, suggesting this individual will then proceed to the cockpit and remove the co-pilot.

The video mimics the familiar language of standard airline safety demonstrations but adapts the scenarios to the recent event. For instance, instead of explaining how to fasten a seatbelt, it advises passengers on how to handle a hijacking attempt. The closing line of the video, "We are happy to see you again, on the next hijacking," has also become a popular joke.

The video was released in the wake of a notable incident on a flight from Dubai to Israel, which involved a confrontation in the cockpit and forced the aircraft to deviate from its route. Since the event, Israeli social media has been filled with reactions, memes, and videos related to the incident, with Tartman's video adding a distinctly Israeli comedic angle.
