Huge Crowd Expected for Game 4 of the Tel Aviv Derby Final
Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Tel Aviv meet tonight, Tuesday, at Menora Mivtachim Arena for Game 4 of the dramatic Israeli Premier League basketball final series, after Hapoel won Game 3. The game is expected to draw a near-capacity crowd split heavily in favor of the red side.
About 7,500 Hapoel fans are expected to fill the stands, while Maccabi has been allocated the maximum of 1,000 tickets for its supporters. Roughly 1,500 tickets were still unsold at the time of the report.
Hapoel believe those remaining tickets will be sold and that the arena will be full. Their goal is to push the team to tie the series at 2-2, which would force a fifth and decisive game for the championship.
