  • IDF eliminated Hamas terrorist Muhammad Naggar in southern Gaza.
  • Naggar participated in the October 7th massacre and was falsely presented as a journalist.
  • He was involved in recent terror plots against Israelis.
  • Another Hamas commander, Amar Sharafi, was killed in Gaza City.
  • Both terrorists worked to rebuild Hamas capabilities.
  • The IDF stated both violated the ceasefire agreement.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Wednesday the elimination of a Hamas terrorist, Muhammad Abdelaziz Muhammad Naggar, in southern Gaza. Naggar was identified as a participant in the October 7th massacre in the Gaza envelope and was later presented as a journalist after his death, with his affiliation to the terrorist organization concealed.

The IDF stated that Naggar had recently been advancing terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians and worked to rebuild Hamas's capabilities, systematically violating the ceasefire agreement.

In a separate operation on Wednesday in the Gaza City area, the IDF also eliminated Amar Mahmoud Humid Sharafi, a Hamas military wing squad commander. Similar to Naggar, Sharafi was accused of promoting terror attacks against Israelis and working to restore Hamas's operational capacity, in violation of the ceasefire.

Both operations underscore the ongoing efforts by Hamas to re-establish its military infrastructure and continue attacks against Israel, despite previous ceasefires.
