Threat Video Targeting Moshe Feiglin Revealed, Identity Party Files Police Complaint

The Identity Party has revealed a video circulating on social media that allegedly contains calls to harm its leader, Moshe Feiglin, prompting the party to file a police complaint. According to the party, the video's release follows Feiglin's recent ascent to the Temple Mount and is linked to his political activities ahead of upcoming elections.

The party described the video as a "dangerous crossing of a red line," stating it includes explicit calls to "harm, avenge, and punish" Feiglin. The Identity Party claims the publication is a response to recent online statements made after Feiglin visited the Temple Mount and in light of his political stances during the election campaign.

The party connected the alleged threats to the ongoing dispute over the Temple Mount, asserting that the issue is central to national and security conflicts. "Our enemies did not call the October 7th attack 'The Al-Aqsa Flood' by chance. They understand exactly what the war is being fought over," the party stated, emphasizing that the Temple Mount is the "focus of the battle and the heart of Israeli sovereignty." They believe any sign of weakness or concession on this matter invites further threats and terrorism.

Feiglin himself addressed the threats, stating, "The threats and calls for an ambush will not deter us. The root of the struggle for our existence begins at the Temple Mount, the holiest place for the Jewish people, and that is where our sovereignty is decided. We cannot accept a reality where extremist elements threaten and try to silence public officials who present the simple and clear truth without fear."

The Identity Party chairman urged the police to act against those he claims are behind the publications, demanding immediate action to apprehend the inciters and unequivocally clarify who is sovereign in Israel.
