Thousands of Boyan Hassidim Dance and Sing at Sukkot Celebration
Thousands of Boyan Hassidim gathered last night for their central holiday table, which also incorporated the Sukkot festival of "Simchat Beit HaShoeva" (Rejoicing of the Water-Drawing Ceremony). During the dancing, a particularly moving moment occurred as the assembled Hassidim enthusiastically danced and sang the song 'Tatele Kum Shoin Aheim' (Daddy, Come Home Soon). This song was composed by the Mashgiach (spiritual supervisor) Rabbi Dan Segal.
The Rebbe of Boyan actively encouraged the powerful singing, adding to the spiritual atmosphere of the celebration. The event, a central gathering for the Boyan Hassidic community, took place during the Sukkot holiday, a time of joy and religious observance.
