Trump: Iran in Dire Straits, Will Eventually Capitulate

In a separate development, Iran's Revolutionary Guard published an open letter to the American public, urging them to oppose President Trump's policies, reject support for Israel and foreign wars, and reconsider their choices in the upcoming midterm elections. A spokesperson for the Guard expressed hope that voters might heed the message and understand the "Iranian logic."

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio commented on the arrest of five suspects in Britain in connection with an attempted car bombing near RAF Fairford. Rubio described the incident as very serious and indicative of foreign involvement, warning that Iran's open threats to attack American interests worldwide would have severe consequences if acted upon or even attempted.
