Senior Rabbis Rally Behind Rabbi Feivelzon Amidst Disruptions

A wave of support letters for Rabbi Eliyahu Meir Feivelzon has expanded, with prominent rabbis publicly backing him against recent disruptions and violent confrontations. Following an earlier letter from Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch, Rabbi Yehuda Silman and Rabbi Yehoshua Eichenstein have now joined in condemning the disturbances targeting Rabbi Feivelzon and his institutions.

Rabbi Feivelzon and his yeshivas have reportedly experienced systematic disruptions and violent clashes in recent months, including interruptions during lectures and sermons, attributed to fringe elements. Rabbi Silman, a dayan from Bnei Brak, explicitly supported Rabbi Hirsch's call and strongly denounced the treatment of Rabbi Feivelzon, stating, "I join the letter of our master, the head of the yeshiva, and protest the rampaging and violence stemming as if from zealotry, but are nothing but falsehood and desecration."

Rabbi Silman also blessed Rabbi Feivelzon to continue his educational and Torah path unimpeded. Similarly, Rabbi Yehoshua Eichenstein, head of the "Yad Aharon" yeshiva, published words of encouragement, highlighting Rabbi Feivelzon's approach to drawing students closer and deepening study methods, while indirectly criticizing his opponents.

Rabbi Eichenstein noted that Rabbi Feivelzon's actions demonstrate his contribution to educating the younger generation. The addition of these two rabbis to Rabbi Hirsch's support further solidifies a public stance by key figures in the Haredi community against the violent conduct attributed to those opposing Rabbi Feivelzon and his institutions.
