MK Zvi Sukkot's Son Interrupts Live Interview, Becomes On-Air Babysitter
Member of Knesset Zvi Sukkot's young son, Hillel David, unexpectedly entered the frame during a live television interview on Channel 14 on Tuesday, interrupting a discussion about the Hamas terror organization. Sukkot, who is also the chairman of the Knesset Education Committee, apologized to viewers, explaining that his wife had recently given birth and he was currently serving as the "babysitter."
The interview, conducted by Noy Bar, was discussing the possibility of extensive action in the Gaza Strip when Hillel David appeared. Sukkot, with a smile, initially directed his son to "Maayan" (presumably another child or family member) for help, before asking his daughter, Maayan, to assist him with Hillel David.
Just days prior to this incident, Sukkot and his wife welcomed their seventh child, a daughter, on the eve of the Sukkot holiday. The family, who resides in the settlement of Yitzhar in the Samaria region, now has six daughters and one son.
