Nike Launches Heated, Vibrating Recovery Slides in Israel

Nike is introducing its Air Zoom Hyperslide recovery sandals to the Israeli market on Thursday, October 1st. These sandals are designed to provide warmth and vibration therapy for tired feet after athletic activity or long periods of standing.

The sandals feature a removable magnetic unit in the adjustable strap that offers three heat settings, up to approximately 47 degrees Celsius (116.6 degrees Fahrenheit), and three vibration intensities. Operation is set in 15-minute cycles, controllable either through the unit itself or a dedicated app. The sole incorporates Nike's Air Zoom cushioning technology, intended to alleviate foot fatigue.

The initial sale in Israel will commence at 9:00 AM at the Nike store in Big Fashion Glilot, offering the sandals in black and white. Each customer will be limited to one pair, and no discounts or special offers will be available. This launch follows Nike's previous collaboration with Hyperice, which resulted in the Hyperboot, a high-top shoe with heating and air compression massage, set to launch in North America in May 2025.

The Air Zoom Hyperslide is the second product from the Nike-Hyperice partnership, adapting the heating and massage technology into an open-design sandal that can also be worn without the electronic unit. While other recovery sandal brands like Hoka (Ora Recovery Slide 3 for approximately 211 shekels) and OOFOS (OOahh Sport Adjustable for 329 shekels) offer cushioning and support, they lack the advanced heating and vibration features of the new Nike product, which is priced at 799.90 shekels.
