ITA Airways Restores Extra Flight to Israel

Italian airline ITA Airways is increasing its flight frequency on the route between Rome and Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport (TLV). Starting October 25, 2026, a third daily flight will operate, adding more options for travelers.

This new flight, designated AZ812, will depart from Rome Fiumicino Airport at 4:00 PM local time, arriving at Ben Gurion Airport at 8:20 PM. The return flight, AZ815, will leave Tel Aviv at 8:30 AM and land in Rome at 11:20 AM. The airline currently operates two daily flights on this route.

The expansion is expected to offer greater flexibility for passengers in choosing flight times and planning onward journeys. Rome Fiumicino serves as ITA Airways' main hub, connecting to numerous destinations within Italy, across Europe, and internationally.

The flights are operated using Airbus A321neo aircraft, which feature business, premium economy, and economy class cabins. Tickets can be purchased through the airline's website, customer service, travel agents, and airport ticket counters.
