Young Man Critically Injured in ATV Accident Near Jordan Valley
A 19-year-old man sustained severe, multi-system injuries when an all-terrain vehicle overturned in an open area near the settlement of Petzael in the Jordan Valley on Tuesday morning. Emergency medical services, including Magen David Adom (MDA) paramedics and an Israeli military medical unit, responded to the scene.
The injured man was treated by first responders and subsequently airlifted by MDA helicopter to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. He is currently in serious condition.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:42 AM after MDA's emergency dispatch center in the Gilboa region received a report of the overturned ATV.
